Xaverian Brothers won the last time they faced Malden Catholic and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Hawks came out on top against the Lancers by a score of 6-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hawks.

Colin Mont looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (four).

On the hitting side, Brady Hargraves was a standout: he went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Jackson Morse was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Xaverian Brothers' victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Malden Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15.
