Preview: Bullis Bulldogs vs. Potomac School Panthers

Bullis is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Potomac School is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Bullis Bulldogs will take on the Potomac School Panthers at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Bullis' favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six matches.

In what's become a running theme this season, Bullis gave their fans yet another huge victory on Sunday. They claimed a resounding 86-37 victory over St. Andrew's Episcopal at home. Bullis' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Bullis found their leader in underclassman Ivanna Manyacka, who shot 4-for-4 from beyond the arc and dropped a double-double on 23 points and 14 rebounds. Manyacka is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last five games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sanai Troutman, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, Potomac School is ranked highly in their home state, and on Friday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Connelly School of the Holy Child. Potomac School enjoyed a cozy 64-48 victory over Connelly School of the Holy Child.

Bullis has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for Potomac School, their win bumped their record up to 16-6.
