Volleyball Recap: Wiseburn- Da Vinci's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Wiseburn- Da Vinci entered their tilt with Poly on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Parrots by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Wolves, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Wiseburn- Da Vinci easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-11.

Andre Pimienta paced Wiseburn- Da Vinci's offense, picking up nine kills. Pimienta got some help from Dylan Soriano and his 21 assists. Sai Santiago and Tyler Evans kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Wiseburn- Da Vinci now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Poly, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Wiseburn- Da Vinci beat Poly by a score of 1-0 later that day.
