Softball Recap: Taylor Comes Up Short

Taylor lost to Alexandria-Monroe back in May of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Titans lost 20-5 to the Tigers.

Taylor's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Alexandria-Monroe, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Taylor will square off against Delphi Community at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Alexandria-Monroe, they will challenge Eastbrook at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers have averaged an impressive 7.3 runs per game this season.
