Basketball Recap: Duchesne Now 6-1 over Last Seven Games

Duchesne won the last time they faced San Juan, and Kira Grant did her part to make sure it happened again. The Duchesne Eagles claimed a resounding 58-23 victory over the San Juan Broncos thanks in part to Grant, who went 7 of 14 on her way to 17 points along with six boards and six steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played.

Lexie Davenport was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds. She is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for three straight games.

Duchesne has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.1 points per game. As for San Juan, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14.
