Football Game Preview: Barnsdall Panthers vs. Afton Eagles + How To Watch

The Barnsdall Panthers are taking a road trip to face off against the Afton Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Barnsdall will be strutting in after a victory while Afton will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Barnsdall turned things around against Summit Christian Academy on Thursday. They strolled past the Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 29-15.

Meanwhile, Afton scored the most points they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They were dealt a 70-22 loss at the hands of Woodland.

Barnsdall now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Afton, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

Everything came up roses for Barnsdall against Afton when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 54-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
