Jena won the last time they faced Delhi Charter and things went their way on Monday too. The Giants walked away with a 4-0 victory over the Gators. The win was nothing new for the Giants as they're now sitting on six straight.

The team relied heavily on Jonas Jenkins, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Jena's record now sits at 20-7. As for Delhi Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-11.

Coming up, Jena will head out on the road to square off against Buckeye at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.7 runs per game this season, so the Giants' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Delhi Charter, they will host Natchitoches Central at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
