Tri-Valley is 7-2 against Fisher since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Vikings will welcome the Bunnies at 4:30 p.m. Tri-Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.7 runs per game this season.

Tri-Valley came out on top against Prairie Central on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run fourth inning. The Vikings walked away with a 7-4 win over the Hawks. The victory continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now won three in a row.

Gretchen Wyant spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and two unearned) runs on five hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Zoey Whittaker, who went 3-for-4 with one home run. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. Addy Freihaut was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Fisher's offense. They lost 13-0 to Tolono Unity on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Bunnies in their meetings with the Rockets: they've now lost seven in a row.

Fisher now has a losing record of 6-7-1. As for Tri-Valley, their win bumped their record up to 8-2-1.

Tri-Valley took their victory against Fisher in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 15-2 score. Do the Vikings have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bunnies turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
