Matthew Parson gave up the fewest hits he has since back in March of 2024 on Thursday. He made a splash, striking out eight batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and eight unearned) runs off seven hits. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against West Mecklenburg back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.
