 After four games on the road, Denver Christian is heading back home. They will take on the Front Range Christian Falcons at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 Denver Christian scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Estes Park as Denver Christian made off with  an  18-3 victory. The  win was just what Denver Christian needed coming off of  a  10-3 loss in their prior  contest.
  Brayden Epperhart and  Mason Reilly made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound,  Epperhart   tossed 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   five  hits. Meanwhile,  Reilly   pitched 2.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (he also didn't allow any  walks). At bat,  Epperhart  scored a  run while going 1-for-4, while  Reilly  got on base  in all five of his plate appearances with three  runs, three  RBI,  and a  triple.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Asher Hawes, who  scored four  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4. He has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  triple the last three times he's  played.  James Lord was another key contributor,  scoring four  runs while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Front Range Christian never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Clear Creek with a sharp  13-0 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Front Range Christian.
 Like Denver Christian, Front Range Christian also got a great game from a two-way player:  Wesley Marshall. He  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only one  hit while striking out 15 over five innings pitched. Marshall was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news, Front Range Christian got a  massive  performance out of  Haedan Morton, who  scored four  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Nate McInturff, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances.
 Denver Christian pushed their record up to 6-4 with that  win, which was their seventh straight  on the road dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 14.7 runs per game. As for Front Range Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1-1.
 Both Denver Christian and Front Range Christian just can't seem to miss. Denver Christian has been making plenty of contact this season,  having  averaged 10.3  hits per game. However, it's not like Front Range Christian struggles in that department as   they've been averaging  only 4.8. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
 Denver Christian took their  win against Front Range Christian  in their previous matchup  back in April of 2023 by a conclusive  18-0. Will Denver Christian repeat their success,  or does  Front Range Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
