Melrose-Mindoro has gone 9-1 against Augusta recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. Meanwhile, Augusta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 85-68 fall against Gilmanton/Independence.

Melrose-Mindoro's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Augusta, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Melrose-Mindoro took their win against Augusta in their previous meeting back in February by a conclusive 58-34. The rematch might be a little tougher for Melrose-Mindoro since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
