Football Recap: Keene Takes a Loss

Keene was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost to the Noble Knights on the road by a 28-14 margin.

Noble got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Mark Lapointe Lll out in front who rushed for 50 yards and one TD, and also threw for 130 yards while completing 75% of his passes. Another back making a difference was Logan Duquette, who rushed for 55 yards and a pair of scores.

Keene's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Noble, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Keene will venture away from home to take on Nashua North at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Noble, they will welcome Scarborough at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
