Basketball Recap: Floydada Comes Up Short

Floydada lost against Idalou back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Whirlwinds had to suffer through an 80-14 loss at the hands of the Wildcats.

Floydada's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Idalou, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-2.

Looking ahead, Floydada will square off against Whitharral at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Idalou, they will venture away from home to challenge Shallowater at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
