Game recap: Skyview High School Football Team takes down Lakeland

RATHDRUM, Idaho - Skyview (Nampa, Idaho) extended its winning streak to nine games with a 34-23 victory over Lakeland (Rathdrum, Idaho) on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a Jaxon Pryor touchdown run in the second quarter, the Hawks were up 13-10 at the half.

Skyview grew its lead to 12 points entering the fourth quarter. SHS scored three times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by Pryor.

The Hawks came in giving up 17.1 points per game this season.

The defeat comes as a step back for Lakeland, which notched a 24-14 victory over Sandpoint in its previous outing. The loss broke Lakeland's three-game winning streak.
