Baseball Recap: Greenville Takes a Loss

Greenville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the McKinney North Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 8-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Greenville now has a losing record of 13-14. As for McKinney North, their win bumped their record up to 10-12-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bulldogs beat Greenville by a score of 1-0 on Friday.
