The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Union Catholic faced Plainfield in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. Union Catholic came up short against Plainfield, falling 74-54.

Union Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Montverde Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 17-4.
