Monticello had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 runs) and they went ahead and made it nine on Thursday. They never let the White Hall Bulldogs get on the board and left with  a   13-0  victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Billies also won the last time the pair played  back in March of 2024.
Monticello's win was  their fourth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 16-7. Those  road  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for White Hall, their loss dropped their record down to 20-10-1.
