Softball Game Preview: Wildwood Wildcats vs. Lake Buena Vista Vipers

The Wildwood Wildcats will venture away from home to challenge the Lake Buena Vista Vipers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither Wildwood nor Lake Buena Vista posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Wildwood fell victim to West Port and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Wolf Pack, falling 15-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Wolf Pack recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, Lake Buena Vista lost 14-2 to West Orange on Monday.

Lake Buena Vista saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dayana Jovet, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Wildwood's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Lake Buena Vista, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7.
