Volleyball Recap: Lakeview Huskies vs. Utica Eisenhower Eagles
Lakeview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Utica Eisenhower Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Huskies of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2015.
The final score came out to 25-10, 25-8.
Lakeview's defeat dropped their record down to 12-24-1. As for Utica Eisenhower, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 31-7.
Lakeview will square off against Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Utica Eisenhower, they will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Marysville at 1:30 p.m.
