Recap: Iroquois Braves vs. Lakeview Sailors
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Iroquois Braves had no problem doing just that on Friday. They snuck past the Sailors with a 54-49 victory. The win was just what Iroquois needed coming off of a 68-36 loss in their prior game.
Iroquois got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Devin Brink out in front who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kellen Burroughs, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds.
Iroquois now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Lakeview, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-7.
Iroquois does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lakeview also has no future games currently scheduled.
