Nolan VanLoy gave up the fewest walks he has since back in April on Monday. Despite the defeat, he was still locked in as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over 4.2 innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
