Softball Recap: TERRA Environmental Comes Up Short

TERRA Environmental was the 15-1 winner over Braddock when they last played one another back in April of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. TERRA Environmental lost 17-7 to Braddock on Wednesday. TERRA Environmental has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aryanna Hussain made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Gianna Mantaras was another key player, scoring a run while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

TERRA Environmental's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Braddock, they pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. TERRA Environmental will host Coral Gables at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. TERRA Environmental are facing the Cavaliers at the right time seeing as the Cavaliers are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Braddock, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Hialeah Gardens at 3:30 p.m.
