The Monroe Bearcats are taking a road trip to face off against the Snohomish Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Monroe is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season.

On Monday, Monroe beat Cedar Park Christian 6-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bearcats.

Sophia Jeske was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was Vivian Knuckey, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, after only two runs in their last matchup, Snohomish made sure to put some runs up on the board against Glacier Peak two weeks ago. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Grizzlies. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won four contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Abby Edwards made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out 13 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, four RBI, and one double.

In other batting news, Snohomish let Rhys Doyle and Amelie Lopez run wild. Doyle went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one double, while Lopez went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Allison Rush was another key player, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

Snohomish hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Glacier Peak struck out 13 times.

Snohomish's record is now 8-1. As for Monroe, the win got them back to even at 5-5.
