Football Recap: Soledad Aztecs vs. Branham Bruins
Soledad lost against Branham back in September of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Soledad Aztecs fell to the Branham Bruins 19-13.
Leading Branham to victory were Jack Lewis and Michael Murphy. Lewis threw for 333 yards and three touchdowns, while Murphy gained 132 total yards and a touchdown. Murphy torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 71 yards. Zayne St. Laurent was Lewis' top target, picking up 89 receiving yards and a touchdown.
