Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were beaten by the Huntington Huntsmen 69-21 on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Blue Jays in their meetings with the Huntsmen: they've now lost three in a row.

Huntington has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington and Huntington will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Blue Jays are set to take on their familiar foe Whiteoak at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Huntington will challenge rival Adena at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
