Ballantyne Ridge had lost four straight headed into Thursday's game, but Ayden Sanner didn't let it get to five. The Wolves walked away with a 63-50 win over the Rocky River Ravens on Thursday with plenty of help from Sanner, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds. He also grabbed three steals, which is notable because Ballantyne Ridge is 2-1 when he posts at least three steals, but 7-9 otherwise.

Ballantyne Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Rocky River, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

Ballantyne Ridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 56-40 defeat against East Mecklenburg on the 30th.
