Providence Academy extended their  winning streak to three games  thanks to a huge performance from  Kinley Painter. Providence Academy took their  contest  on Friday with ease, bagging  a  69-11 victory over Berean Christian thanks in part to  Painter, who  dropped  a double-double on 27 points and 12  steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which  she has scored at least a third of Providence Academy's points.
 Another player making a difference was  Kennedy Phillips, who  dropped  a double-double on 18  points and ten  boards. She is trending in the right direction considering she's  improved her point production for three straight games.
Providence Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Berean Christian,  they are  on  a  ten-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.
 Providence Academy and Berean Christian could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage  in the MaxPreps Tennessee Rankings. Providence Academy (ranked 226th) will meet Grace Christian Academy (ranked 59th)  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Meanwhile,  Berean Christian (ranked 372nd) will meet Tellico Plains (ranked 148th)  at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday.
