Volleyball Recap: Lake Forest Takes a Loss

Lake Forest lost against Libertyville back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Scouts might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-0 to the Wildcats, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Scouts just can't catch a break and have now endured 13 defeats in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-10.

Lake Forest's loss dropped their record down to 5-20. As for Libertyville, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 25-4 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Forest will face off against Saint Viator at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Libertyville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Barrington at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
