Basketball Recap: Holdrege Comes Up Short

After flying high against Valentine last Saturday, Holdrege came back down to earth. The Holdrege Dusters fell just short of the Adams Central Patriots by a score of 32-29 on Tuesday. The Dusters have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Holdrege's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Adams Central, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holdrege will take on Southern Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Adams Central, they will square off against Northwest at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
