Dwight had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Tri-Point Chargers on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Chargers: they've now won nine in a row.

The win didn't come easy: Tri-Point scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dwight will challenge Reed-Custer at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tri-Point, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will take on Iroquois West at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
