Volleyball Recap: Montclair Takes a Loss

Montclair was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the El Dorado Golden Hawks.

Montclair's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for El Dorado, they moved to 8-16 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Montclair will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Chino at 4:30 p.m. on April 2. Montclair is facing Chino at the right time seeing as Chino is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for El Dorado, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Del Lago Academy on the 22nd.
