Lansing Christian dropped their record down to 10-4 on Saturday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They came up short against the Fulton Pirates, falling 14-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Pilgrims have suffered since April 19, 2024.

As for Fulton, the win was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-5. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games.

For Fulton's part, the team relied heavily on Parker Billings, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Another player making a difference was Lincoln Beltnick, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs.

Lansing Christian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 22-7 defeat against Michigan Lutheran Seminary on the 10th. As for Fulton, they have also already played their next matchup, an 11-1 win against Montabella on the 12th.
