Soccer Game Preview: Verrado vs. Ironwood + How To Watch

The Verrado Vipers will take on the Ironwood Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

On Tuesday, Verrado needed a bit of extra time to put away Desert Mountain. They won by a goal and slipped past Wolves 3-2. George Watkins had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Verrado.

Meanwhile, Ironwood won against Moon Valley on Wednesday with five goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Tuesday. The Eagles sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 victory over Horizon. Ironwood haven't had any issues with Horizon recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Verrado's victory bumped their record up to 3-0-1. As for Ironwood, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.
