Softball Recap: Pacifica's Luck Changes for the Better on Wednesday

Pacifica's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Fillmore Flashes a 4-0 shutout. The victory was some much needed relief for the Tritons as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

The team relied heavily on Mariah Reyes, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season. Denise Gutierrez was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
