Basketball Recap: Falkner Takes a Loss

Falkner and Thrasher squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Falkner had to settle for second. They fell 52-43 to the Thrasher Rebels. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 49-48 back in January.

Falkner's loss dropped their record down to 17-10. As for Thrasher, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 26-5 record this season.

Falkner does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Thrasher, they will challenge Wheeler at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Wheeler will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Thrasher surely won't give up without a fight.
