Volleyball Recap: Springfield Bulldogs vs. Belle Chasse Cardinals
Springfield had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Belle Chasse Cardinals on Saturday.
After all that action, the final score was 25-12, 25-9.
Belle Chasse has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season.
Springfield will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Denham Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Belle Chasse, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win vs. Riverdale on the 14th.
