With a playoff game on the line, Miller County rose to the challenge on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Wilkinson County Warriors as they made off with a 50-30 win. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by 20 points or more this season.

Jp Powell was his usual excellent self, rushing for 261 yards and five touchdowns on only 13 carries, while also throwing for 42 yards and a touchdown. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 101.9 rushing yards per game. TJ Grant handled things on the ground, rushing for 105 yards.

Miller County was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 407 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
