Soccer Recap: Chesapeake Takes a Loss

Chesapeake lost against Overlea back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bay Hawks fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 4-3. Chesapeake have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Chesapeake's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Overlea, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Chesapeake will square off against Woodlawn at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Chesapeake will be up against Woodlawn's rather soft defense (which has allowed five goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Overlea, they will challenge Kenwood at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
