Baseball Recap: Franklin-Simpson Wildcats vs. Halifax County Comets
Franklin-Simpson saw some tournament action on Monday. They walked away with an 11-7 victory over the Halifax County Comets. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Jordan Brandon tossed a big game, tossing 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off seven hits. He has become a key player for Franklin-Simpson: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 4-5 otherwise.
