Baseball Recap: Reedsburg Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Reedsburg can now relate to. They fell just short of the New Berlin Eisenhower Lions by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday.

Reedsburg saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Graeme Pelton, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Reedsburg's loss dropped their record down to 23-7. As for New Berlin Eisenhower, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 23-5.

Reedsburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for New Berlin Eisenhower, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 5-4 victory against Seymour on the 19th.
