Soccer Recap: Eagle Rock Comes Up Short

After flying high against Franklin last Monday, Eagle Rock came back down to earth. The Eagle Rock Eagles came up short against the Marshall Barristers on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Eagles were probably out for revenge after losing 2-1 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Eagle Rock's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-3-2. As for Marshall, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Eagle Rock will take on Lincoln at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Eagle Rock is facing Lincoln at the right time seeing as Lincoln is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Marshall, they will face off against Bravo at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Marshall is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.
