Baseball Recap: Roff Tigers vs. Moss Pirates
Roff can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Moss Pirates as the Roff Tigers made off with an 11-1 win. Roff's victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Kaden Darnell and Caden Graves were a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Darnell tossed two innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Meanwhile, Graves tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (he also didn't allow any walks). At the plate, Darnell scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances, while Graves scored three runs while going 3-for-3.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Trey Humphers, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Dansby, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with a stolen base, two RBI, and a double.
