Volleyball Recap: Columbus Takes a Loss

The Columbus Titans came up short against the Independence Bulldogs on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-19.

Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 3-17-1. As for Independence, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-8-1 record this season.

Columbus has already played their next matchup, a 0-0 tie against Uniontown on the 27th. As for Independence, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against St. Mary's-Colgan on the 27th.
