Basketball Recap: Cleveland Takes a Loss

Cleveland's tournament run continued when they took on Episcopal on Thursday. The contest between the Cleveland Indians and the Episcopal Knights didn't end well, with the Cleveland Indians falling 57-39. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1250th, while the Knights are ranked 185th).

Cleveland dropped their record down to 1-11 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Episcopal, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.

Cleveland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 54-44 win against Lee on the 13th. As for Episcopal, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 46-34 victory against West Fork on the 13th.
