Softball Recap: Hercules Takes a Loss

Hercules couldn't beat El Cerrito on Thursday even though they stacked four runs on them in the second inning. The Titans lost 29-7 to the Gauchos. That makes it the first time this season the Titans have let down their home crowd.

Hercules' defeat dropped their record down to 8-4-1. As for El Cerrito, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 13-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hercules will welcome Making Waves Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for El Cerrito, they will challenge Arroyo at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Gauchos' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Dons have averaged an impressive 8.7 runs per game this season.
