Football Game Recap: Amite School Center vs. Central Private

On Friday, Central Private put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season. They steamrollered Amite School Center 40-0. Central Private were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

The win bumped Central Private's record up to 4-2. The loss dropped Amite School Center's record to 1-5.

Central Private will look to defend their home turf next week against Bowling Green. The teams have set a high bar for this matchup after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. As for Amite School Center, they will face off against Sylva Bay Academy. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend.
