Recap: Dulaney Lions vs. Carver A&T Wildcats
The Dulaney Lions won the last time they faced the Carver A&T Wildcats, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Dulaney enjoyed a cozy 47-33 victory over Carver A&T. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Dulaney.
Carver A&T lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jada McAliley, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Elisah Guity, who scored eight points.
Dulaney is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Carver A&T, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dulaney will square off against Milford Mill Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Maryland (Milford Mill Academy is ranked 94th, while Dulaney is ranked 70th). As for Carver A&T, they will head out on the road to square off against Perry Hall at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
