After three games on the road, Viewpoint is heading back home. They will welcome the Verbum Dei Jesuit Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Viewpoint will be strutting in after a win while Verbum Dei Jesuit will be coming in after a defeat.

Viewpoint is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. Everything went their way against Carpinteria on Friday as Viewpoint made off with a 43-20 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Patriots considering their seven-point performance the match before.

Viewpoint got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Logan Price out in front who rushed for ten yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 90 yards and a touchdown. Darren Haggerty was Price's top target, picking up 70 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 40 yards.

Viewpoint's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Karson Papotta and Magnus Merriman. Ryder Kabakoff was another major factor on D, picking up three sacks and making seven total tackles.
