Basketball Recap: Steelton-Highspire Comes Up Short

Steelton-Highspire was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 66-56 to the Boiling Springs Bubblers. The Steamrollers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bubblers earlier this season, when they won 67-64.

Boiling Springs' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ethan Yenser, who posted 29 points. Mason LaBuda was another key player, putting up 17 points.

Steelton-Highspire's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Boiling Springs, they pushed their record up to 12-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.
