Soccer Recap: St. Edward Comes Up Short + How To Watch

St. Edward was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yorkville Christian Mustangs. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but St. Edward couldn't quite close it out.

St. Edward's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13-1. As for Yorkville Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6-2.

Coming up, St. Edward will challenge Marian Central Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Yorkville Christian, they will head out on the road to square off against Harvest-Westminster at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
